Rider Jonelle Price was not the only person celebrating a successful Badminton Horse Trials as Relish Event Catering were also raising a glass on finals Sunday having served over 10,000 people over the five day event in Gloucestershire.
Relish have been behind the festival for — years now and look after dining venues and clubs across the equestrian course including Members, The Port Cullis Club, Directors, Pig & Whistle as well as Owners, Riders and Stables.
This year saw them serve over 1000 pizzas across the five days and 800 roasts on the Sunday using three quarters of a ton of Jesse Smith’s Butchers Hereford Beef Other local suppliers for Relish include Bramley’s Green Grocers and Cotswold Dairy.
“This year was a real triumph and we are delighted to be involved in such a prestigious event,” said Relish director and chef – Robert Goves. “We had over 300 staff on site and it was an incredible experience. We are already in the planning for next year and looking at ways of developing and improving our catering offering.”
